Joshua Herbison
Chief Executive Officer
Joshua Herbison studied Computer Science at Middle Tennessee State University. Joshua has over 20 years of computer programming experience, and over 10 years of experience in Internet Marketing. Joshua looks forward to working with new clients and learning about new industries.

Nevine Niazi
Director of Business Development
Nevine S. Niazi graduated from Adelphi University in New York where she completed her Master’s Degree in Finance in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from York University in Toronto, Canada.
Having spent fifteen successful years in operations and business development both in the United States and Internationally, Nevine adds a depth to an already
strong and diversified team at First in Search. Her wealth of experience gives her a keen understanding of the importance in having a strong support system for First in Search’s customers.
Matt Deloff
Director of Sales
Originally from Syracuse, NY Matt has now lived in Phoenix for the last 14 years with his wife and two daughters. Matt has been a part of our team for two years. With extensive knowledge in marketing and sales, Matt really pushes the envelope in getting the First in Search brand out to the masses.
Kelley Fousel
Account Manager Specialist
Kelley comes to us with a wealth of experience in customer service. She brings technical talent and personal communication skills to First In Search. As the account manager, she will provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within our organization to ensure quality. Kelley has lived in Arizona for 20 years, and is a mother of four daughters, three of them being triplets. We are happy to have Kelley as part of our First In Search team.
Karly Woodle
Director of Reputation Management
Karly has been with First in Search since April of 2011. Karly studied at Arizona State University, and is current a professional body building model. Karly focuses on helping improve the reputation of your website on the internet.
Rob Follett
Account Executive
Rob studied Fine Arts at Wagner Collage, Staten Island New York before receiving a degree in Graphic Design, Page Layout and Computer Illustration from Parsons - The New School for Design, New York City. Rob feels he developed his greatest command of graphic skills as a prepress operator in a high end print factory fixing other designers mistakes on the fly. This is where Rob also found the excitement of sales, and the importance of great customer service and communication. Rob enjoys time at home with his rescued cats, volunteering at his church and is currently in the process developing his line of wearable art designs. Utilizing over 20 years of graphic design, branding and marketing experience along with 15 years of in the field customer service and communications Rob looks forward to the fun challenges of working with ready to kick the competitions butt now clients in this quick ever changing internet marketing environment.
